WEEK 13: Final Touches & Report - Noah
For this final week, (more accurately final few days) I set out to have my report fully written up and submitted by hopefully the end of Tuesday night. Due to my busy work schedule, it would be unlikely I could continue work on either the game or the project report after my shift in Smyth's. That being said, I did make major progress today by editing my devlogs and making sure they are up to snuff to properly publish, this also gave me the time to review my devlogs in preparation for the game report. After doing my devlogs, I felt ready to begin tackling the report as I had just about everything in order for the actual report. This was probably the toughest part of the project, gathering all my thoughts on the project and finding things like my feedback or even rolling back commits in my GitHub to find the prototypes to add to the itch page, it was quite time consuming. It is also a bit nerve-wracking as I have to hope that what I wrote is sufficient and is good enough, although that just requires a bit of confidence on my side of things and that should be good enough. I do think what I wrote in the report is good, and what I included in terms of concept images, development videos of prototypes and links to prototypes was also quite good, but there always is that sort of self-doubt when it comes to submitting something of this size.
In terms of final touches for the game, there is still a bit I need to do, but I'm confident that I can get it all done before tomorrow and not have to stress about anything throughout the day.
