WEEK 10: Playtesting - Noah
This week was another playtest for our game, but this time with the 1st years of the course! This would probably be our most valuable playtest as we would be getting fresh onto the game as these people would have never seen before which was exciting. For the playtest all systems were properly in place. Battles were fully functioning with an attack and block phase with different enemies to face. The feedback we got from players was quite useful too! People like the overall look of the game, although some things could be better like the buttons to select attacks and stuff, aspects like who's turn it is would also need to be clearer which should be easy enough to fix. We also got some vital feedback from the module's TA where he had said that we should include some sort of incentive into the game for players to continue playing the game, which I really appreciated and thought would be a great addition.
