WEEK 6: Vertical Slice Progress - Noah


This week I made some more solid progress on the battle system in preparation for the vertical slice for our game. I managed to sort out the main turn on and off system for rhythm game section when it will be used in the actual battle system. How this basically works is that whenever the player presses the button to attack the rhythm chart, the will be turned on in the inspector and once the chart completes it will then turn itself off. In the future when I have more charts and the battle system is more fleshed out I will have the rhythm charts instead instantiate themselves whenever the player attacks, and the same for the enemy.
